Nikos,
The rotor head block was extended 1/8" a little while ago. The links from the shwashplate to the bell/hiller mixers are now 1/8" longer as well as the links from the washout arms to the flybar control arms.

My guess is this is where things are getting messed up for you.

I don't currently have my Observer handy, so I can't give you specific measurements. With everything set 90 and parallel at zero degrees, you should get around +11 - 8.

The good think with the Observer you get 2 in 1 .

The firt is the Observer and the second is that you learn YOGA.

With everything set 90 and parallel at zero degrees, you should get around +11 - 8. Humm Hummm easy to say ,but to dot???

Can be that guy who sold it to me put it in a washing machine?

Thank for help.
