I haven't used this hook because it is not align with servo and tail control arm. No any problem of my tail is found by this arrangement.

Calvin, it will align just fine, you have to rotate the servo and make sure its installed correctly as well as the servo support it self. check my gallery for closeup pics.

Coolpowered, thanks for your advise. I've tried to rotate the servo to make it align with control arm before. I found that the horizontal alignment can be matched but the vertical one cannot. I found that this issue is also happening on yours. Therefore, I prefer it moves freely rather than guided with little friction.

Any idea of when they will be available?

I just made this from and extra servo horn and some screw and bolt from the extra trex parts. You will need to make the outer hole bigger and trim till it slides smoothly.

Great idea mini_zoom, I don't use the support and have not had any problems, but that is a great fix.
I bet it won't be long before you dye it black to match everything else on your heli. Looks great

I just thought of this today after reading this post and decided to give it a try. Works really great. Yup! Going to dye it black and trim the bolt then use r48. This forum is great! Learned a lot of stuff from you guys!

I had terrible tail wag using a CSM HLG200 gyro, partly due to the tail blade grips binding, partly due to this clip. I now don't use the clip at all and haven't had any problems as a result - apart from the tail wag stopping

I don't use it either. I tried it but however I set it up at some point in the travel the control rod will rub against it which can't be any good. I've had no problems without it yet either...
