I have the 1004SE with OS 91, and I am facing a big problem with braking parts and screws due to the strong vibration.
Does anyone know any good solution for it.
It is immposiable to fly that way

I am using Omega 30% Nitro fuel

Perhaps trying some lower nitro fuel may help you out ( do you REALLY need 30% with such a strong motor?? ), mine runs very niceley on 12.5%. Others have been using 15 or 20% as well. I'm running a very rich mixture too and its smooth......From speaking with others I think the general opinion is that the 90 will run rough with high nitro and/or a lean mixture. If you still want to run the 30% try running it very rich which will help smooth it out a little otherwise try a lower nitro %age and run it as rich as you can.

Cheers, Will.

Lower Compression
If you are going to run %30 you need to lower the compression. The motor is pre-detonating.

If you have some extra head shims laying around for that motor put them in. But I did not have any for mine, so I just put an extra gaskett on my glow plug. The engine runs really smooth now, and I am also using 30%.

Like the other guy said, if you run the engine too lean it gets nasty with vibrations. Let me know if this helps. Good luck!

Cooler plug also helps pre-detionation. What plug are you using now? With 30% something like a Enya #5 or 6 would work good. Enya #5 is a medium cold, and Enya #6 is a cold plug. I put a #4 in my ys80 with 20% fuel, and it helped to smoothe it out. On 30% with the #3 plug it had a real ting to the sound, and alot of vibration.
