Safety MUST always come first.
Kirk,
We talk about safety all the time and then along comes someone like you. Where are your safety glasses? You know your fuel tank could start leaking and drip into your eye. It happened to me once while I was doing exactly that same stunt!

Try again, because the winner gets a NEW CAR!!!

IT is NOT 2 images super imposed.

By the way, in the Photoshop world, they call that "Layered"! But it's not......

Well, I looked at the side of my monitor and saw that the heli is in the forground and you are standing in the background.

When I look from the back of my monitor I see that the radio switch is off so someone else is actually flying while you just hold a radio and point your finger up in the air.

WRONG again!!!
YOU must have mirrors on the back of your monitor, because the switch IS on, and I am controling the helicopter.

MY finger IS on the Flybar Button, and the blades are turning.

Think??? Think???? HOW did he do that????

By the way, it's a BMW with a rag top so think hard!!!!!

OK,

My last guess:

Blade cone angle don't look right for inverted hover so I think the heli is suspended from something above possibly by fishing string. You are controlling only the throttle just to give the blades a quik spin up while the picture is stapped....

If this isn't it... let the others guess for a while as I do not have a need for a new car... maybe if you changed that out for a case of 30% as the prize... lol

Hung the heli
Kirk,
Welcome to Runryder. Different crowd here from RCU so be warned!

My guess you suspended it from above using a "blue background" type of imaging. Spun the blades up a bit and used a slow shutter speed.
Am I close?

Nice Photoshop work
One day I'll get that good Do you work on Mac or PC?

Welcome to the world of RunRyder! Best place on the Net.

My guess is you were touching the flybar and moving your hand in and out very quickly and took the shot using a very fast film

Regards

Chris

PS Yes your daughter is pretty! Wrong side of the water, D'Oh!
