I just got back from test flight my Raptor30 which is use OS.46 with a 30 tail boom and blade. here the story me and my friend saw a post on June 16 last month that show the trick how to avoid all the out of track I believe his name Jerry on His post said that using a CA and baking soda by roll a bearing over the CA and roll it through the pile of baking soda a thin but uniform coating around the bearing then blow off the excess and slid back to the grip. And it work no more slop. After I set overnight for let it dry the next day I test flight my R30. Hover was good then take for FFF still pretty good ,came for hover this time I climb out straight about 200 feet and descent it it about 20 feet off the ground I applied back some throttle or pitch to stop descent my R30 suddenly my blade out of track really bad and the hole heli start shake really bad and I had a hard landing. After land I let it set for 10 second and took off once again it fine no shaking or out of track. Then I try the same manuver it start do the same thing. if I flight around or hover was fine I can flight all day the only thing it start doing this when I low my pitch down or throttle and applied them back it will do it crazy or out track.I would like to know what cause this and I would appreciate your help
My R30 not unupgrade kit but I use OS.46 on my R30 blade cabon 550mm and R30 tail boom

Are there thrust bearings if so they might not be any good. Check to see if there is divets in the races. They might be locking up. Or the main blade grip bearing may have the same problem. Did you check screws in balls.

Be mindful that the soda has not entered the thrust bearings - apparently this causes a ratchet effect on the cyclic causing the blades to go out of track.

I would strip the spindle and check it out.

Out of track condition
Out ot track, or woofing condition is a common thing with rappy's. This can be a result of many factors, however I would start with looking at the collective system. Is it tight?. The Rappy is a cheap helicopter, and thus it is not going stay tight forever. Look at the collective system going from the servo all the way up to the blade grips. Don't do barn yard fixes with ca, and bubble gum, if you have slop, then either replace the grips if they are worn, or spend more money, and put on metal grips!!. Have you had a crash? if so did you check the head dampners, if you didn't check them, then I would. You can not fly a plastic machine forever, and expect it to be tight, this is just a fact. My statements aren't directed solely towards the raptor, but it is one of the machines that I have found does not tolerate low maintenance. As usual, all other specs in the manual should be followed. Pitch ranges, head speed, and other adjustments via manual.
One Thing for sure, don't put super light blades on the raptor, it doesn't like it, unless you've spent lots of money making it a barny parts raptor extraviganza!!, it will flutter like a bird(i.e. real bird) in the air.
