Guys,

I have noticed that in the last few flights - my Freya's canopy is shaking like a mad-man.

The only thing I have changed is my engine settings - BUT - I had it setup by a 12 year Heli Veteran and Hirobo rep - and he always does an awesome job at dialing in my Helis.

I have done the following:

1) Greased the dampners
2) checked all links for weakness
3) tightened all bolts & screws - especially around the engine
4) balanced the head

I did NOT dial in my clutch - could that be it?

Any help would be great!

Thanks,

Wild Turkey

Engine....
My canopy shaking is the first sign of a lean engine or too high a throttle curve. The high RPM's will cause it to shake. Just went through it today with mine trying once again (think I finally got it) to tune my Muscle pipe.

Deja Voodoo
Hehehe...reading Jasons post caused me some deja vu.

I recently made my canopy slap like crazy too. I was trying a MP on my Milli and the throttle curve was way too high as well. When I finally got the Skytach on it it was maxxed out at 1990 rpm's (so 2000+).

I could hear a steady whapwhapwhapwhap as I was flying by, on approach I could see my canopy shaking like crazy.

MP + High throttle curve = Canopy shake
