How funny. They are saying vows and half the crowd is watching the helicopter. I hope the honeymoon goes well, she may be mad at that heli when they get to see all the wedding photos

R/C helicopter at the wedding!
Hey its better than a shot gun wedding right? lol

Congrats Adam, way cool photo too!!!! whoohooo!!!

[< Grabs some rice and throws it at Adam and his newly acquired counterpart. Commonly known as a wife. >]

Edit: After closely examining the photo, how does the bridesmaid in the middle look up close? She looks good from afar, but up close may be a different story. Got the hook up? I could deal with a couple hour drive to visit

I was there as well as Nadir, Dickson Lopez, John Weaver and Mark and that was not the case.
We only turned and watched the helicopter when the minister asked us to say hi for the camera.

The pilot's setup included and amazing video feedback with 3D gogles for watching what the camera was looking at and the helicopter itself at the same time.

The wedding setting was fantastic right there at the La Jolla Cove in front of the sea with wonderful wheather. Talk about classy .
Also the food was very very very good.

Adam, best wishes to both of you from me and my wife.

Augusto.

Cool!!! Definately the best use for an r/c helicopter!!!!

Wow, so you used an e-heli and still people heard and looked at it?

Is the heli pilot shown in any of the pics?

way cool man!!!
yeah, i start laughing when i see half the crowd looking at the heli. Maybe you should have invited them a week earlier and showed them everything about the heli so they wouldn't be as interested at the wedding?

cool!

The helicopter was a Logo 20 so there was no engine noise.

Married with helis? Is that a good thing?

Just don't let the missus catch you in bed with your heli like Ken did.

Hey, truly excellent!!

Always good to mix pleasure with pleasure. I got hitched 15 years ago, as a surprise I organised a full size heli to land in the grounds of the place we had our reception and take us to the airport. Was a hell of a sight, little did I know then that I would be flying the little 'uns 13 years later.....

Very best wishes to you and your wife, you should keep a scrap book of heli cam shots for all the other great moments to come!
