Nice "recruiting" job, Ray!

Marked up the calender, but I'm going to try NOT to count the days until the end of summer just yet!

ps- I'll surely be running circles around all those skilled pilots by then, so shouldn't you probably just add me to the list?

Thanks for the dates Ray. We will be coming to camp again if that is still ok like last year. Had a blast chatting with old friends and making new ones. The flying is outstanding and this is a must attend for me. Hopefully will get to fly EVO's with Al this year. Chuck

No problem Chuck! The campground is open.

I have to agree on the old friends and new friends.
The repeat attending confirmations are rolling in and some interesting well known new names are showing interest as well...

Excellent I think Ray was starting to doubt I actually had any heli buddies in Southern New York since I've been alone the last two years at the Rochester event

Aug. is almost here again! And it's time for our annual heli fun fly. If anyone needs any information on places to stay or campgrounds with full hookups, or even if your planing on staying right on our flying field grounds to camp, let me know and I can get the information right out to you. Hope to see you all there!

Hi all,
We are looking into having a pilot dinner at this years event.
The problem is how much food to get and what type of food.

Food:
Option 1:
Chicken BBQ

Option 2:
Cold Cut Platters

Each of these would have associated side dishes.

Here is where I could use your help.

1) Which of the options for food do you prefer? You can add other suggestions if you would like (steak and lobster is probably not an option ).

2) What might be a good way to get a count of people who would be interested in this. We want to have enough food for everybody but not so much that it goes to waste.

I'm starting here on RR because it's the best source I know of right now. If you have suggestions on how I can get the most accurate count I am more than open to suggestions.

Thanks for the help and hope to see you at the event.
Norm
