DC 60
I still have a DC 60 but do not fly it currently. I could get the DC 60 to make more power than any 60 I ever had, and I could get it to be glass smooth in a hover........ just not on the same flight.

On a dog sled team, if you're not the lead dog, the view never changes.

I was asking around some time ago about the DC engines, are they still available? I just assumed after Mr chapman passed away they were no longer in production. A fellow here had one 6 years ago or so, seemed to be a hell of a fine motor.

DC 60 carb
Don designed a carb that was a Super Tigre "copy" but it had a HUGE 12 mm throat, hence the massive power. I also tried the DC with an OS 60B carb, a 3 needle carb off the SX. It ran OK but not anything special. I know that Danny and Don's wife sold out the remaining stock but I haven't heard of any new ones in quite a while. I don't know if parts are still available.
