I would like to remind everyone of the danger in old fuel lines. I was flying one of my nexi this weekend and had a flame out going about as fast down wind as a nexi will go. I autoed to the ground as pretty as you could ask for. Beginners luck. No damage and when looking for a cause I found the pressure hose on the muffler was split where it connected. Well that was the cause says I and proceeds too replace the fuel tube and guess what it would not start. Yep fuel hose in the tank had also turned to mush and I'm not kidding. It was so soft that it fell apart when the needle nose grabbed it to remove it. It was like wet bread. If you havent checked your fuel hose in a year or so it's time to do it. Save you self a pair of pants.
