Well, woof it again even with the grip flip. I am still waiting on my metal grips. I think I'll either cut my losses and get a sceadu and convert the R50 back to a 30 or keep fighting with it and still get a sceadu. It was great as a 30 and I would bang it around like it was nothing. These engine upgrades have done nothing but cost me flying time. I sold the 30 engine and it is at home in another heli so I'll need to buy a new one. Oh well, life as a heli pilot.

Another Idea
Some guy posted he has all the problems of the Raptor Woof & Poof figured out. Unfortunately, he posted his findings on the thread subject "Best 50-sized heli"

He says, that most Raptor problems are caused by a "warped head." And you can see that the head is warped by checking the static tracking.

I don't own a Raptor, so I'm not sure what he's talking about.

I wish good luck to you!

I have read on this forum that Sceadu's have out of track problems too. Most are attributed to building errors. But you never know

Other Helis.
This is a long shot.

When most other heli's that aren't renowned for out-of-track problems suddenly get them (like a Freya or Xcell), the first place they go looking for problems is a softened rubber damper.

Have you been flying your Raptor long? over 100 flights? Maybe your rubber dampers have softened out causing your out of track problems. This is more common in hot places.

I'll laugh if this is the problem. It's the last place we'd look just cuz it's a Raptor I would imagine you would have caught this though while, inspecting though. You would notice alot more (up/down) play in the blade grips than usual and cannot trace it to slop in linkages.

This is what happens when you spend tons of time on this forum, I learn stuff I've never really had any experience in whatsoever!
