hey guys,

ok this is how it goes....anywayz im sorry if this has been asked b4 but anywayz i need to what is a cord/chord? in a blade. is it important to change/adjust in a new set of blades.

i just broke/ripped my pair of wooden blades and need to know how to balance and find the cg in the new pair of blades i have.....i'v got no tools whatsoever to do them and need to know if any 'other' cheaper way is possible.
i really want to learn and do it myself wothout asking anyone else to do it for me and any help is much appreciated.

The CHORD is the width of the blade. There is a very simple and effective balance method using nothing more than a razor blade. Maybe someone knows where to find it, and will post a link. I'll look around also.

if your new wood blades came covered then they are ready to fly, just make sure you remove some covering and glue the grips to the blades.

Jim, we've had already covered wood blades that were hardly "ready to fly". In fact they were out so far, they couldn't be balanced.

how to bolt the blades in a straight line??
Hi again...i'm trying to balance the blades according to link above.....
I have one question though......how do i place the blades in a stragiht line as said by the author in that webpage?????? (Procedure No 2)
does it mean putting the blades on one on top of the other and bolting them or some other method?
