Dear guys I have some problem that want to share.. regarding on my rappy, I used pro 39H nowdays it showing quite weird. I fly quite seldom once a week, I found that when going to start it perform very well until about finish it fuel then suddenly the engine goes to lean and head speed become increased. This happened after I crashed my rappy, I did inspect on my rappy and found small leak at main tank at the main tank holder attach to the frame. Is it can cause this behaviour?? Hopefully you all guys can help me on this matter.

The motor sounds like it needs a header tank, set the needle when fuel is low in tank ,that way you will not hurt the motor. The hole in tank does not help you need to fix that first. Chris

If your main tank still has a leak, then you should plug it up or get a new tank.

The muffler pressure is fed back to the main tank to help fuel flow to carb. If you got a leak, then the fuel is not getting pushed to the carb as efficiently as your fuel level decreases. Consequently, you get a leaning condition as you have seen.

Also check to make sur ethere are no holes in your fuel tank line. The mix would be good until the fuel got below the line then it would go lean because it was sucking air through the hole. It's worth a check. Good luck.

Practice! It might be costly but it's the only way we get better!
