is it possible to make it self ?

Why would you want to open it up for? There is no reason to look inside the motor. You can mess up the motor if you open it up.

i can feel there is anything inside when i turn it with my hand.
i feel a internal friction. i think there are shavings inside .

I opened mine up after it started having a problem. pretty simple realy
and no big deal to do just use a razor edge to pry off top cap. all you will find is a rotor with magnets attached and the inside housing is a coil winding.
