yes the "CN2047B" seems to be a good deal, and you will be able to use all the things in that deal.

start wands, couplers & shafts
There are two measurements of consequence when dealing with a hex start system. All start wands ( the unit that attaches to the electric starter) I know of use a 6mm hex ball shaft.

All couplers on all heli's I know of that use these wands have the receptical at the top to fit these universal 6mm start wand. But the mating hole for these couplers that attach them to the helicopter start shafts will be 6mm (for most 60 and larger machines) and will be 5mm for the smaller 30/50 machines. Years ago the ones in the Hirobo Shuttles used 4mm start shafts. As these broke frequently, I believe they may have changed them now to 5mm units.

Regarding field equipment: It is a matter of preference.

Some pilots like to have everything unhooked from the field box, like having manual pumps and nicad glow igniters and starters. Others power everything from a gel pack on the field box and use a power panel. There are pros and cons for both.

On the matter of fuel pumps my experience is that they don't last very long so you'll end up replacing your whole panel once it fails, if you choose to buy a panel with pump.

It's easy to find an excuse to do wrong. Hard is not to find an excuse to do right.
