Okay, I've decided to mount my rudder servo on the tail boom but I haven't yet decided which position is best. Should it be mounted closer to the body or closer to the tail? Does it make a difference?

Also, what size servo horn should I use?

Lazerin,

I don't think that it really matters as long as you are using the upgraded fiber pushrod and not the stock wire that comes with the heli. I would think that the shorter the rod the better though.

I believe that the manual says to use a 10mm servo horn but I had to reduce mine to about 7mm to eliminate my tail wag.

Check out the heliup tail mounting kit from rchover. That is what I use on my Shogun and it works really well.
