When I flew my Rappy on last week, there were some "ding ding" sound. I thought it came from some loose metal parts and landed the heli for checking but could not find any abnormality. During the second flight, the heli starts to ring and there's a ringing sound when idle. Landed and checked again, the ding ding and ringing came from a loose part inside the MPII30 but the pipe remains intact. Does anyone with their MPII pipe have the same experience and how to fix it. Can I send it back to CY for replacement?

If not the clutch, then it might be a worn / loose / twisted belt or elongation between teeth of the belt....Assuming you had your blades spooled up somewhat at idle.

I've seen the inner horn of the MPII 50 size come apart internally; the way to check is just to "shake" the heli (powered off). It will be quite obvious!

No way to fix, just return.

If you're sure it's the MP2 that's causing the problem and you've bought it from a store... return it to them and you'll get a new one. If you got it from CY, email him and you'll get a new one also....

They have the best costumerservice I've ever seen..... don't ask how I found out

Cheers,

Rich

sounds like its the tail belt ever so slightly hitting the inside of the tail boom. My rappy does the same thing when the belt has a lil less tension on it. Shake the tail back and fourth while holding the head....i guess it could be ur muffler, but somehow i doubt it

It takes a high school education to fix em but a college degree to break em
