I just sold two Nexus with simular set ups and radios for $300. These days Nexus street value is about $200 RTF if your lucky. You can check the lastest Ebay sales to see what they are currently selling for.

Thanks guys, thats good to hear, i was estimating around that much. i have been debating weather i should sell it and use the money for the showgun. or spend a little money revamping it and get it setup with a scale fuse. but i think i would have a lot more fun with the showgun.

the flame job i have done to it in my gallery is something i did myself, but the paint is starting to melt off with the nitro fuel getting to it. There is a lot of slop in the rotor head as i have been using the same head and parts for the past 2 years. It tought me a lot, but now that i have my Vigor i think i'm ready to pass her on. there is a bit of sentimental value because i did pay for it with my own money when i turned 17, and i have put a lot of work into keeping it in the best possible condition.

I recently sold my Nexus, with a similar spec and all my field gear on ebay for £410 here in the UK.

I did what you're hoping to do, bought a Zoom 400 (Shogun in the US).

Total I spent including Brushless motor and ESC, Li-Po, charger and a new JR2610 Tx was £520.

I know we pay more in the UK, but I guess you should be able to get yourself a decent Shogun to replace the Nexus without spending too much extra (especially if you don't need a new Tx).

If you haven't sold much stuff on ebay, make sure you take some great pictures, detail EVERYTHING in the specification and BE HONEST, people will trust you........

Good Luck mate.

Anyone got a number for Heli-widows, my wife wants to join!!

Yeah, i think its what i may do. As much work and pride has gone into my Nexus...it just sits there now, i would have a lot more fun with the Zoom/Shogun. I do have an account on E-bay, but i have never sold or bought anything from it to date. I also since i have my 10X for the Vigor. I plan on cleaning it up and oranising the spear parts before i sell it though.
Thanks for hte input guys
