I fixed a friends Kalt Baron yesterday having same problem with same gyro. I'll just tell you some thinks to check maybe these will help.
Check your TR drive belt if is OK. In my friend's heli some teeths were missing and the TR was missing some rpm.
Check the small switch on the gyro to be on digital servo (DS) position and the delay in 0.
Make sure your mechanical set up is correct (servo arm 90 degrees on center position and the tail pitch slider distance from the tail case is 4,5 mm. Check raptortechnique.com for correct tail pitch centering).
Check if the double sided adhessive tape is intact and the gyro is well mounted on your heli.
In most GY 401 85% gain for HH is a good start. Try this gain as a start.
Make sure your rudder trim is centered.
Make your TR link movement as free as possible. Also check that the TR pitch slider moves freely in TR shaft.
Make sure that your engine is not running very reach and your hover headspeed is at least 1550 rpm. Try in a higher rpm.
Check that when you are turning the main rotor clockwise (when you see the heli from above) the TR turns counter clockwise (when you see the heli from the right side, not the exhaust side).
In raptortechinque.com there is also an explanation on how the TR blade grips should be installed. Many ppl are installing them wrong.
I think I told you all the tricks I had in my mind. To help thinks for you in my friend's Kalt the problem was a combination of many of them (broken TR belt drive, bad engine mixture, bad mechanical setup, and increased delay in the gyro pot) So maybe you have to adjust more than one thinks.
Hope I helped a little.
