My new Hornet 2 had an issue with the tail under any g forces of any kind. It hovered great but as soon as I moved the heli with any force, the tail would wag. After two weeks of fighting the annoying wag....I moved one thing and it changed everything today. I turned the 'Limit' down to 60% on the 401 gyro and POOFFF! The gyro was overworking itself with the travel set at the maximum distances on the tail pitch slider. The tail holds awesome now for the first time. I was expecting the usual wag and I was very suprised when the clouds cleared on this tail issue.

This hornet has minimal upgrades with a Duzi main gear a S&S head and tail, MS bell hiller with 'post' upgrade and MS weighted blades. Axi Motor with thunderpower and apogee packs. It feels and flies closer to a 30 sized nitro now. Amazing little micro. No vibrations at the tail or head...very smooth. New Duzi Main Gear ROCKS!!! There was a learning curve with that too....I had to really make the main gear and tail mesh tight to prevent slippage.

The paper pitch gauge that comes with the kit actually works good enough to use. Setting up a softer pitch and throttle curve makes the hornet 2 fly great. A linear setting on the pitch curves was too high at three quarter stick hover, and was too pitch sensitive on the collective. It was very hard to fly smooth until I curved the pitch with the pitch gauge, like my nitros. Also the throttle shelf was too 'spikey' and this really made it pitch sensitive. I found that moving point 2 up higher on my thottle curve, really helped this touchy collective problem.

JR10X set up info:
For throttle curves I have Normal:0,80,95,98,100. Idle 1: 100,98,95,98,100. Stunt 2 for when the battery gets weaker: 100,100,100,100,100.

For pitch curves I have Normal: 20,43,62,90. Idle 1 and 2: 10,43,62,90. Hold: 16,43,62,94.

I havent done 3d yet but so far I have 8 degrees at the ends in stunt 1, with 4 degrees for hover.
