Yes you can charge it. Will it reach full charge? Doubtful.

210mah capacity divided by 10 is 210mah. This is the overnight charge rate based on 16 hours generally speaking.

IMHO, it won't reach a good hot charge on 120mah.

You can "sort of" compute the time required to charge by dividing the capacity by the charge rate. In your case divide 2100 by 120 and get 17 hours. There are losses so add another 25% or so and call it 22 hours.

Now the problem is batteries continously loose some charge. You are barely putting it in faster than it "leaks out", hence you may never get 100% full. It will certainly work and I've charged 2700mAh batteries with 100mA chargers. You can leave the charger on almost continously.

I'm with Turtle - Zed on this one

I use a 2400mAh pack in the heli and I first charged it with a 70mAh charger. Took me a mere 48 hours !! (2400mAh / 50mAh = 48, the 50mAh is 70mAh scaled down by 25% and rounded).

clearly this is irritating, but when the first charge has been achieved, you will only discharge say 500 - 700mAh on a day of flying, which can be recharged within 14 hours (i.e. overnight).

But I think with a battery pack that chunky you would do well to get a proper charger at some stage. I saw quite a few on eBay as well by the way!!
