The picture below shows that the tail yoke is about to touch the tail care black piece on the tail boom when I pull the throttle stick all the way to the right, and I already adjust the Gyro limit. I have two options. I can either put an o-ring or spacer in between to stop the yoke to travel near the boom, or I can adjust the endpoint on the radio, like instead of 100%, I can put like 30% and it won't touch it. Which method is better? The stick control to the left and the right won't have the same sensitivity if I put 30% on one side and 100% on the other side.

BTW, you can ignore the divorce and separation manual in the background.

Your problem is because the upgrade fork you have is flat. The TT metal fork is slightly curved. Why you are not using this one?

If you don't want to use the TT metal fork then I think youe next option is to sdjust the ATV. I think a washer is not a good idea.

Just my 2c

Thanks for the 2c. I forgot to mention that the tail yoke and the tail blade grips are parts of a a Vigor CS upgrade. I bought it used and the previous owner had this upgrade already. While the Vigor tail upgrade gives better tail throw for the Raptor, it creates complexity. A metal TT yoke won't fit the tail blade grips, or else I would have used it.

Adjusting the rudder channel ATV with your 401 gyro will only affect the yaw rate - it will not control the amount of throw on your rudder channel. In other words, setting ATVs of 30/100, as you suggest, will allow a very fast piro rate in one direction, and very slow piro rate in the other direction.

If you've set the 401 LIMIT pot as far down as it will go, and you still drive the yoke into the tailcase, the only solution you're gonna find is to move the servo pushrod closer in on the servo horn, thereby limiting the amount of displacement on the tail yoke.

If you don't do this, and the yoke drives into the tailcase and causes binding, you will eventually destroy your T/R servo (if something else doesn't break first.) Putting an o-ring on the tail shaft, something like a 'bumper,' will merely limit the amount of throw even further, and will do nothing to protect the servo from being destroyed.

why bother just move the servo mount on the tail boom back a little toward the tail or make the servo pushrod a little longer.

It was in the air, but now it's on the ground. :)

I would adjust the limit on the gyro case a little bit lower, when i look at the blade pitch on the pic that is HUGE,you dont need THAT much
