how many of those are cases where the patient is either terminal or has a less than 50% chance of making it through surgery? id bet that 90% of them were. Doctors are one of the few professions where if they make a mistake they dont get a chance to correct it, not to mention that the human body is incredible complex and each person's reaction to medicene, surgery or whatever is different.
Accidental deaths caused by Physicians per year are 120,000.
