Ok here is my thinking about the cal. 30. I love it but first let me qualify myself first. I own a raptor 30, a cal. 30 , and an evo 50. I am just getting into forward flight and I started with a nexus 30 and right after that I bought the rappy used with very little time on it, witch was a big move up as far as I am concerened. Then I got tha cal 30 off of ebay, took it out of the box set up the radio in it and have been flying it ever since with no major probelems. Now my point is that the cal 30 is the smoothest flying 30 that I have flown to date( I really havent got into the evo yet).
My point is that I wonder why Koyosho dose not come out with a 60 size model( other than that $1200 dollar model that they tried to sell here).
Any thought's on this one guys?

Cyberheli has a Caliber 90 for $2,349.00 USD. They still sell Caliber 60 helicopters. Check the 2004 Kyosho catalogue, they have it listed in there. I'm not sure if they still sell them or not?

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick

It just seems that they are missing out on one of the biggest markets going. A guy were I fly at has the 60 size and as you watch it fly you can tell that it is a very smooth machine. I just don't think that $1200 output for it was worth it when there are a lot of good flying helis out ther for a lot less cash. Koyosho could have owned this 60 size catagory if they were reasonable on their pricing.

The Caliber 60 and 90 are basically the same machine with a few upgrades for the 90 engine. They are $2,400 and one of the best helicopters money can buy. There is rumor of plastic versions of them coming soon. There are pictures somewhere on RR if you want to do a search.

Would be nice I don't want to spend $4000.00CAD on a heli. BUT I would sure like to have one that is for sure.
