From the data collected on Trex test.

340mm blades out perform shorter blades in turns of efficiency.

Thus it is proven the longer blades are better in their own way.
You may suffer from slower cyclic, but you'll get a much longer runtime and better climbout with longer blades.

However

It seemed nobody sells blades that are 310mm or 340mm or anthing of that sort.

Can anybody find anything?
Stock zoom blades are 290mm. I believe running a slightly longer blade will give better efficiency and would not slow the cyclic down too much. So anybody have any idea where we can buy longer blades?

What material are they composed?
How much would they be?
And can you make asymetrical ones as well?

Currently I am trying to come up with a platform so I could test out roll rate as well.
Then I'd be able to test out, for each blade.
Current draw at hover, Max lift, current draw at max lift, roll rate, rpm, etc.

not a lot of time on my hand though.
