I agree, this is one of the best books on r/c helis that I have ever had the chance to read. I have owned several and still have several and this is by far my first choice to recommend to someone.
I do not know how to get in touch with him but I would also myself say
"THANKS FOR THE GREAT BOOK"

Just like wingtip, the "book" really helped me out. Our area had a really up and coming R/C heli flyer but alas, he died ina tragic helicopter (actual) accident.

taught me the basics and I tell Every NewB to buy it and read/learn it!
I too disagree w/ strapping the heli down to a ladder, but have strapped it down to a table saw to check for glitches. I stayed way away from it too!
