Not homophobic at all, just seen the damage a deluted, homosexual mind can do, first hand. My ex left me and decided to live that life style. It not only hurt me but her whole family including my 15 year old daughter. My ex ended up blowing her brains out. It's not right wing, it's not left wing, it has nothing to do with religion. It is a fact. If we turned our head when someone gets raped, rape would run ramped. If we turned our head when someone stole from us, theft would be worse than it is. Would you allow a 40 year old man to have sex with your 13 year old daughter? Do you think your wife should be allowed to sleep with other men? When does it end, I simply said the people have spoken. What pervesion you may do behind closed doors is your business, but don't even try and tell my kids that what you do is right and should be accepted in society just so you can get your rocks off. And if you want to marry a horse then you are just plain sick. And by the way clayman, it goes much farther than bonding, it had to do with insurance benafits, death benafits, social security and so on, all things that I pay money into. And I don't want my hard earned dollar going to the imoral (my oppinion) actions of others. Why did you get married anyway? How many of you took the vow of marriage under the eyes of God? Is 'In God We Trust' on your money? Then I do think that God has a say so as well. So, to sumerize, the people speak, God speaks, looks like it is unnanimus, no matter how bad my spelling is!

"Do you think bigots will ever get the message?"

Who needs the message?

The roughly 80% of bigot Americans in states who voted gay marriage down?

Perhaps it's the 1/1,000,000 Americans who are the activist judges who need to be taken out back and spanked for putting this crap on the table over and over.

The people have spoken! Time for the leaders to start listening, or moral values are going to be an even bigger issue in the next election.. And the next one. Yeah, one day they'll ge the message. (maybe)

What if one of your kids is gay THEN would u change your mind or just OUT them out of the family. It's a option for those who don't feel like the rest. So what two people that want to live and be married are they not paying the same as u. And don'e they deserve the same treatment? or should they be outkasted?

Don't force the whole gay is OK on me or my children!!!!!!!!!

You want to pack fudge.. go for it. But don't force me to accept this as an alternative lifstyle and have me have to explain it to my children. Bigot?? Call it what you want. Its not normal. Its not natural. Its not hereditary. Never saw any animals in the wild packin fudge...did you?

NO. My kids will grow up knowing that being gay is wrong. To them, it will not be a choice. Just like murder, rape, theft, and so on. For my children, it is NOT acceptable. I don't steal because my parents taught me it was wrong. I don't cheat on my wife because my parents taught me it was wrong. I don't kill some jerk for cutting me off in traffic because my parents taught me it was wrong, so I am going to teach my kids that homosexuality is wrong. If I teach them well enough, then I have nothing to worry about, but it is when people like clayman, who has already admitted that he doesn't agree with homosexuality, tries and tells my kids to live and let live, that is when I begin to worry. We have to start enforcing the laws of nature and not bending them to suit our needs or lusts. Make people accountable for there actions and not stand by and watch and do nothing. I can see that this is going to go on and on until either Mark cuts it off or it just dies in deadlock, the fact STILL remains the same, the PEOPLE have spoken, just another reason I am proud to be an American.

What's next ? The growers of broccoli and califlower saying that I can't dislike their vegetables. Not everyone likes broccoli and califlower. Don't tell me that I have to like them, and that I have to eat them because they are good for me.

Yes clayman, I do live in a dream world. And I love it. I have a wonderful wife, 3 awsome kids, and a beautiful home. I have food in my stomach, my kids get good grades and go to church with me on Sundays. We say grace before dinner every meal, we go to the movies together, play card games at the coffee table on Friday nights, we take walks together. My kids love me and I love them. I live in a country that is free and still has some moral values, so yes, I do live in a dream world, and I am proud of it. I love it despite the fact that I have cancer and don't have a helicopter right now. I love it because it is America, a country that started out from the ideals and dreams of a handfull of God fearing men and women who shaped this country into the most powerful and succesful country in the world. And we did it in just under 250 years.

Even if you teach your children that being gay is wrong, it won't stop them from being gay. I have seen it happen. You don't choose to be gay or not. It's just like being born claustrophobic, agoriphobig (fear of open spaces), or Arachnophobic, you can't help it, you just are. I think that tellong people that they can live their lives the way they want to is just wrong. It goes against what this country was founded on and what it strives to be. Plus, like has been said already, you don't see them going from door to door trying to force their life style on you do you? What you do see is people like you going from door to door forcing YOUR life style on them.

It wasn't me, it was my thumbs!

I don't expect you to think it's OK for you.
What I think is expected in a country of freedom (including religious freedom), is to let these people do whatever they want (legally in the privacy of their own homes), and not feel persectued for doing it. It's OK for them to do it if they choose to, doesn't mean you have to. Straight people are allowed to take a whiz or crap on each other in the privacy of their own home, and in my opinion that's some sick stuff. But they should be allowed to do it, if they want to.
We have to start enforcing the laws of nature and not bending them to suit our needs or lusts.
What makes it wrong by the laws of nature? There's documented proof of homosexuality as far back as Roman times. They obviously didn't procreate, so throughout time this thing that's again "natural law" has just appeared on its own in nature? Most things that are against natural law don't usually last, look at the Dodo. Perhaps it's always been a part of nature, it's just religion that has a problem with it.

Besides which, adultery is not against any sort of "natural law," as you suggest. Look at nature, the male mates with as many females as possible. It's in the best interest of the species for the males to do this, as you avoid inbreeding, lessen the chances of genetic diseases, etc. Pure and simple aldultery is against religious doctrine. Some time ago somebody said it was evil to do it, so now it's bad to do it.

I agree, this is going to be a stalemate. It just comes down to whether you believe in a religion that says homosexuality is wrong. I just think it's sad that you treat these people like they're second class people, when they're just like any other human on the planet.
