Nothing, the heli flies great in stock form, u could keep some spares around so u reduce ur down time from crashes.
if u want to 3d, then search in the forums for ways to increase the cyclics.

The only thing i did for mine was to widen the landing gears. it's a bit too wide but u get the idea.

hi
you can get a package deal with a brushless motor and controller and it will save you paying for a brushed motor , other than that just lipos and a good charger

I think the new kits come with the new beveled tail gears but if you get a kit that does not, then expect the tail gears to strip fairly quickly(bad design). You can get the beveled gears from xtremercproducts.com thay are about six bucks each for the beveled gear driveshaft and beveled output gear and they have super fast shipping and excellent customer service. Watch what you pay for the heli too! I;ve seen them for up to $250 which is way too much! $189 is what you want. Also order the "blue" tail imput gear from microheli.com or grandrc.com they are very durable as well. Good Luck!

Where do you get it for $189?

Does it fly decent stock? I heard spare parts were hard to come by.

It flies O.K. stock, but I would upgrade to a brushless motor. I am using a Park400 with 8t pinion and have no complaints especially whenyou consider I only paid $54 for it. Spare parts aren't very hard to get at all and alot of local hobby shops are starting to carry spares.
