if you really needed two for 6.0V... that means you would need two for 5.1... like i've said many times the box says use nothing but nicd and 4.8V... if you're not using two regs for a 5.1 system then you aren't going to need it for 6.0 system.

No serious, to make it right with 6V and 601 you need two regulators(one on the battery another on the servo).
I don't want to loose my heli due to burned servo.
The price of one crash would cost me far more than one extra regulator...

well i got the old GY 501 and s9205 servo on one of my machines and
i've been using a 5 cell pack with no regulator and i have no problems here, but i was not sure if the GY 601 and 9251 digital servo would work as well,,just to get this over with how about just using a 5.4 or 5.6 volt regulator and get it over with, i know 5.4 or 5.6 is absolutly safe and would give the servos plenty of speed and would be even safer than 6.0v

6.0V is fine... i wouldn't say it's any safer or any more dangerous than 5.1, 5.4, 5.6, or 5.8....
