Horizon Hobby Rocks. I inadvertently plugged my JR8103 transmitter directly into my Accucycle and it blew the fuse and charge diode in it. I sent it off to Horizon on Thursday, had it back by the next Thursday in time to fly on the weekend. They fixed it free of charge (warranty had expired already too) and even fixed the plug where your tranmitter battery plugs into the radio for free too (I broke it trying to figure out what I done to the radio). I just wanted to show my appreciation by giving them credit for a good job. I know some of the techs populate these forums, so THANKS guys!

Geeze this is almost as bad as that time they gave a guy a free radio and copied the programming over cause they didn't have the parts to fix his instock.

Or those servo's they replaced free last time i sent some in.


How do they get away with this!!!

(Then there is futaba where it costs $15+ just for someone to look at it)

are they affiliated with a certain brand? just as spitfire said, futaba wants 15.00 to test my receiver and even if its broken i gotta pay for that fee. then it saids something like they dont send back the rejected or unrepairable item. kinda strange.
