Now that the days are getting shorter I got an itch for night flight. Luckily my wife saw the night fly this year at IRCHA, so the sales pitch was easy. OK I have 4 ropes, 2 drivers, charger, and blades. I would really like to see how you guys have your helis setup and any tips you may have learned on the way. I'm not sure how you wrap the rope around the boom with out interfering with the rudder control rod. Thanks for any pics and/or info.

You might want to consider using one driver per piece of light rope.... you can experiment and see what I mean. MUCH brighter when you have solo driver....

I have a few pics in my gallery http://www.mikescolesheli.com

I like using a clear lexan canopy with the glowwire taped inside of it. Cheap and easy.

I also wound the glowwire around the boom, keeping clear of the tail pushrod.

Quite a few pics in the IRCHA 2004 gallery at the top of the page.

Some guy in Seattle has a DVD out totally about night Flying

**Cough** DrScoles**Cough**

Fire in the Sky.

Run, don't walk, to the store and get it. Now.

I got mine in the mail last week and I'm impressed. it's got great footage, flows great, has cool setup tips and the music rocks.

The one hic-up I'm having Dr. is where will one obtain one of those sequencers you guy's built. I remember in the video you mentioned it was completed at some cost...... Interested in recovering some of that by selling a unit?
