I read in a post at some point and time that the large Hughes 500 could be coupled with standard Benzin mechanics, is this correct? If correct, do you have to adapt the formers to fit yourself or will the Benzin mechanics be an easy drop in? And finally, is their a part# available for the large 500 fuse or do I just need to call. Thanks.

500
The Vario 500 has 3 different part numbers, 9004 Jetcat
9040 VR22 mechanics
9041 Benzin G230 mechanics

This means that each part number will have the interior wood work etc. to accomodate
the different mechanics.

I had seen those part numbers Doug, just wasn't sure if that was actually the large 500. Thanks for the reply.

I think the large one is a 1-4.5 scale with a length of 1720 mm.

the 9005 and 9006 are 1-5.5 scale with a length of 1480mm.
