Once again guys I'm seeking your help, I have a Raptor 50, with a JR PCM 10 channel receiver, digital futaba servos, a JR 601gyro and the digital JR servo for the gyro, I had this setup for a while and never had any problems with it, last Sunday I had a small crash and broke off the tail boom, I replace it and I made sure that nothing else is broken or bent, the problem that I'm having is that when I pull up the gas stick to give it more RPM the helicopter starts speening to the right, I check the gyro and it is good, when I gove the helicopter full RPM the helicopter goes crazy starts speening very fast to the right, I push the remote stick to the left so it will turn left but is dosen't stop speening right, I can see the tail blade turning left but it keeps speening right.

I slow it down so where i can follow the tail blades to see it is the blades pulling to the right but they are straight.

I tried everything and I can't figure out what is wrong.

Hopefully you guys will be able to help.

Thanking you guys again in advance

Not sure if it is belt drive tail but if u have the twist in the belt the wrong way u will get what u described UNLESS u have changed something else. BUT if not check that.

Dumb question - Since you reassembled the tail, is the tail rotor spinning in the correct direction?

I did that with a shuttle RG, when new to belt drives this is one that will catch you out, just check that when you rotate the main blades the tail blades go round the right way, i think (I dont have a rappy) tha the blade at the top should move away from the model and the one at the bottom towards the heli

If the belt is the wrong way and the tail is spinning the wrong way (less efficient) then the nose will turn to the left because of the torque. Are you sure you don't have rev mixing on the radio?

THE GYRO ISNT RIGHT
I left one post all ready about this, but the gyro is reversed!!!!! I just went through this with a crashed VoyagerE. put it back together and all it would do was spin, I checked the belts, rotation of everything and they were right. Some how in the crash the gyro got reversed. try this and see if it fixes it. Mike

Twist your belt the other way. The main blades turn CW, the tail rotor should turn CCW.

About the blades always turning up and away from the heli, not true there are some models that do have them turn the other way, though off the top of my head i cant name them

also if the blades are going the wrong way then yes they are less efficient, but not much less, but they will be producing a force in the opposite way to normal causing what you are describing

I had the same problem with my r50 after a crash.

What I did was I assembled the tail from memory and accidently reversed the way the tail pitch fork hooked to the tail blades.

I had changed from trailing edge control to leading edge control on the tail blades. ( I my have the leading and trailing reversed - I'm posting from memory )

Well when I fired the heli back up after the repair I was spinning when light on the skids.

It took some time but I finally looked in the manual and found my problem.
