what radio and servos are you using, the throttle should be set up at half stick, the servo arm then should be 90 degrees, the carb should be open about 50 to 60 percent and that arm should be 90 degrees. at half stick the servo arm should be 90 degrees to the sevo case all bellcranks should be 90 degrees. then you need to level out the swash plate.

Don't just set the throttle arm to 90 degrees from the servo case. The control rod should be 90 degrees to the servo horn at 50% throttle. Also the ATV's should be equal at both ends. Also check the throttle trim and do the setup with the trim at 0. Depending on your radio there will be some other options for the throttle setup.
