Hmmmm....but the noise/irritation level would mean no flying in the study

But could be a fun experiment - more so for the coming Elite CP Pro with the shaft tail drive for outdoor use.

well how about the LMH .051 which has a nice throttle. problem I saw with it is it is so light, I converted several to Electric because with the extra weight they flew better, but a collective pitch glow hummingbird could be cool.

the 074 Queen Bee has a muffler and a throttled carb,,, maybe it's to big for the HB ??

the .074 is probably too much, I believe the hummingbird is much smaller then the LMH and the .051 had plenty of power for the LMH. and heck, look online you can generaly find them with the clutch for $50 or less. I would sell mine with the engine clutch pinion and fuel tank and generally get between $25-60 for them. it would probably be a easy conversion. I never looked real closely but I believe the gear pitch would be different though but I think you could easily change the pinion on the engine.

incase you were interested the LMH uses the Norvell .051 the old LMH 100 used the Cox but the norvell was a nice little engine
