Why do you guys think Thunder Tiger does not have a person
like Jeff Green working for them?
Jeff is the man when it comes to supporting Hirobo Helis
and his dedication to the hobby is outstanding always going
above and beyond to help people out. I think Jeff is one of
main contributing factors people buy Hirobo Helicopters
besides being a great helicopter.
Is Thunder Tiger too cheap or ignorant to hire/find someone
like Jeff to support/promote their product or do they think
Raptors will sell by price $ alone? I just don't think
Thunder Tiger cares about customer support .

No ! If he's hard to get a hold of than he's NO Jeff Green. That's the whole point. There is no one readily available to help or get a hold of like Jeff at TT/ACE .

aaaaa haha haaa, another chance to kick down Ace,,,

when my Raptor wooffed and threw a main blade and blew apart on it's "3rd" flight, I called Ace and talked to a guy "Tom Sawyer",,, Tom told me,,, "to bad that's the hobby",,,

I said "all model helis blow up on their 3rd or 4th flight ?", Tom said,,, "now your just being a smarty",,,

well it took over 5 months, but thanks to Ron Lund Ace did replace my kit, but before I got my new kit I went threw 2 & 1/2 months of, "your kit was sent-out today, your kit was sent-out yesterday, your kit will be sent-out tomorrow, your kit has been sent".

edited note, I have been notified the name Tom actually was Greg, but I remember it as Tom,,, ether way he was not very nice !!

I beg to differ. Jeff Green isn't all that easy to get a hold of, but he is slightly easier than getting a hold of Jeff Fassbinder. But in terms of personability and taking the time to explain things and help out, Jeff Fassbinder is top quality as is Jeff Green.

"Jeff Green"
I use to fly a Shuttle EX and the tail pitch slider broke for the second time in one day.The second failure resulted in a very bad crash. Both parts were right out of the package. My LHS called Jeff up and I got every part that was broken that day over $400 worth of parts. This happened back in the fall of 2001! I've yet to see any other manager stand behind their product as Jeff has! What I've heard is that he has always been there.

if you can't seem to get him.... you'd be surprised at the wonders an e-mail can do...

Jeff usually responds to emails very quickly. If you can't get Jeff, Carol will get him the message at MRC. He'll make every effort to get back to you.

Jeff Fassbinder is an awesome guy to deal with at Ace. He bent over backwards to help me with an auto hub bearing issue on my Raptor 70 and 90. Absolutely first rate service from him.

BTW, Jeff Green is awesome too.

Thunder Tiger don't need anyone like that. There are plenty of Raptor experts here who are always willing to help out.
