I've made a roughly estimate

Using Hornet2 blades(9grams)
Undering a headspeed of 3000rpm
The head component have to withstand 11kg of pulling force(on each side).

Thus, grab the 2 blades and try making a 22kg pull and see if the head stands ok. Don't blame me if the blades break

Now if the headspeed were to increase to 3500rpm, since it is a square relationship, the force would increase a Lot. around 16kg force per each blade.

Another thing is, if you are pulling a high G menuver.
Say you are pulling a Max throttle/pitch vertical climbout.
You have to be careful!

Since if the headspeed drops too much(if you have a weak motor, like himax), your blade will break at the roots since the centrifugal force can no longer keep up with the coning effect, and of course, too much coning breaks the blades.
You can see how a corona's blade grip design avoid this problem.

Centrifugal force is a double sided blade.

Its a constant force pulling your blades outward(making sure you tighten those blade grips)

It is also the force that keeps our blades from coning.

So the best thing to do is to find the right balance.

I've noticed that I've underestimated the effect of centrifugal force since I used the CoGravity instead of CoGyration in the calculation.

Thus the numbers should be a even bigger.
about 20-30 percent bigger.
