Got a cb servo/gyro mount. Never glued cb before. Should I use regular ca? Should I roughen up the surfaces to be glued with sandpaper? When glueing in the extented battery tray should I use ca there as well?

Sanding will help some. I used medium CA so I would have time to get things perfect. Once I had it where I wanted it, I hit it with kicker to set it in place.

I like the boom servo/gyro mount, but unless it has been improved, you will need to add a stiffener. I CAed a 1.5" piece of carbon rod from base of servo mount (directly under servo closest to front of heli) to rear of stock heli frame. I made a mounting tab out of lexan and CAed it to the frame end of the carbon rod. I drilled the lexan tab so that a frame screw would go thru it. This way I can remove the mount without having to beak a CA bond.

Without the stiffener the mount flexed and seem to cause some wag.

Don't come off the throttle untill you see your GOD!
