ive got a kalt gs too and a zenoah g230rc1 laid around.carbs look virtually the same,only v.slight differences in bolt casting from what i see, but venturi is smaller on the 167. 167 is kalt kg22 and 603 is zenoah.....cant see why they wont swap if thats your thoughts.....0.5cc capacity difference .....lose that in the adjustment
sounds like a blockage to me......i was once told, double filter the fuel into the tank and never fit a filter to a heli....it works for me.
check the piston rings(2) and bore...might be starting to pickup.only 1 piston ring in the zenoah g230
ALRO RACING still has bits for kg22's and is a wizard tuner i'm told.he says some parts swap/interchangeable...kg22 was made by zenoah. find him at
