Hi all,

It's embarassing to say in my country (Vietnam) doesn't have this type of oil. So I need to import it.

I quite don't prefer to buy from local hobby shops because they have been trying to control customers to buy expensive fuel from them.

So I was wondering if anyone could tell me where to buy these kind of oils, a website would be highly appreciated!

Thanks so much in advance!

Cheers!

Phi

Sometimes you might find Klotz syntheic oil in a Motorcycle/Scooter Shop. I'm sure you have plenty of these types of shops in Viet Nam.

It depends on how much nitro you plan on using? I use 20% nitro, 22% LV synthetic oil and 58% methanol. I usually mix it in 10 liters or 20 liter batches. If you mix 10 liters, then you mix 2 liters of nitro, 2.2 liters of oil and 5.8 liters of methanol. Use this link to work out the correct mixture if you mix other amounts. ftp://ftp.eagleairaust.com.au/HBBuddy.exe

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick

What exactly are you trying to do? Do you want to mix up your own fuel from blending methanol, nitromethane and oil or do you want to just figure out how much extra oil to add to fuel you already purchased from a hobby shop?

I expect you will have lots of problems buying both high quality methanol and nitromethane where you are located. Have you checked this out yet?
