More crap
You quoted me out of context to make some pointless point you ended up being wrong about.

You should reread that post (if you ever read it all the way through the first time), all the facts in all the references show that I am correct about who owns the copyright when the work is created, and needing to have a copyright transfer in writing. Nothing you have been able to come up with says otherwise - and it looks like you never will.

Especially since you have never argued any facts, all you do is say how you are being misquoted and are always right and everyone who disagrees with you is wrong - but you won't even say what part of what was said was wrong!

Look, tomorrow when you go back to school, ask your high school guidance counselor to recommend some courses in English and see if there is anything resembling a debate club or team at your school, and join it. That will help you out in life later on when you go out and try to accomplish something and have to communicate with others.

Then when you come back in a few years, put some information about yourself in your profile, start a gallery, and perhaps put up a web site someday to tell people about what you do. Then you can even start using your real name and not hide anonymously behind some random initials.

Good luck in life, seems like you are going to need it when you grow up.

Greg, MPA,

Go to your corners. By the way thankyou to you both for giving me such a good laugh. I have enjoyed listening to both of you spout out your points of view.

However I must agree with Greg on the ownership part. As stated clearly here:

WHO CAN CLAIM COPYRIGHT
Copyright protection subsists from the time the work is created in fixed form. The copyright in the work of authorship immediately becomes the property of the author who created the work. Only the author or those deriving their rights through the author can rightfully claim copyright.

This paragraph is taken directly from our written laws.

I hope this will clear up any misconceptions.

BTW if Coca Cola did contract you and they did not write up a full copywrite contract with you..... you could sell your copywriteable material to Pepsi and that would have been a mistake Coca Cola would have made.
