Before I just think 14 channel is too much ..... I will not need it and will consider only an upgrade to 9Z ......but T14MZ has so many thing different and innovative ......perhaps give it a trial.

Any new surprises in the programming
I haven't heard much about the programming in the radio, other than some basic info. Is there anything new there or is it much the same as the 9Z menuing?

Does it share the same 9C trainer ability, etc...

Thanks,

Mike...

What are the two rubber caps on the back of the TX for? I can guess one is for the trainer cord but what is the smaller one for? Also will it include the charger for the Li-Ion battery? I wonder if an aftermartket battery will fit it(video camera) or if Futaba will offer a higher mah battery say 4400 or 4800? Or if Duralite will offer one?

That battery looks just like the one out of my Sony cameras. I would like to see that battery from all the angles. The Futaba one might just be a tad longer.

Futaba TX sucks...
But it sure gonna be hard to resist this one
Looks really great, I like that part with the synth RX (TX sets the RX frequency) most so far.
Looks pretty nice also.
(never thought I would say something like this about a Futaba TX )

Great pics Jason!

Superb. Any info on the programming?

Good to see they used Rubber on the sides and back this time. I find that on my 9Z if my hands get even slightly sweatly they slip on the cheapo chequered plastic sides.

Sign me up, I want one NOW!!
