It will probably be a long time before the 37 get released. Why not get a second tt39 for the time being...the 37 is a new engine, after the experiences with recent os engines, god knows what might happen...

I can understand wanting the new OS 37, it sounds like it's going to be a power house, but you will have a good wait for it,,, so can I suggest that you buy the Hirobo 36H, it is a high performing high quality motor for a very good price ($130).

Got one on the way from Cyberheli, $149.99 + $15 shipping (5 to 7 days for Speedpost).

Hope it lives up to the hype although I really don't have a need yet for all that power but working on it.

baby_zyklon i agree with you. OS has had problems lately with their latest motors. i think id wait til theyve been out for a bit. just to see how it really runs. i dont have a burning desire to blow 150 bucks and then have problems with it. not yet anyway.

Got mine in the mail this afternoon. Hope to get it in the heli Monday or Tuesday and see what it is like. It is impressive looking on the outside. Different case, head and backplate. A lot of ribs on the front part of the case.

Interesting in that it appears that the mounting lugs are thicker than the 32. Haven't taken the 32 out yet so haven't had a chance to measure the thickness.

Also want measure the opening size of the carb. Looks bigger but with the 32 still in the Raptor can't measure.

Also interesting with the low and high speed needles on the same side of the carb. Low speed needle is no longer "deep in a hole", but very easy to see and get to. Need ot also check the diameter of the arm side of the carb. Comes with a linkage arm held on with an allen head bolt. Don't know yet if it is the same diameter as the 32 so I can use the machined arm I have now or not. Looks like it probably is by eyeball.

Will let you know how it seems to perform sometime mid next week as won't get to fly till then.

http://www.ishiimokei.com

They´re cheap, but not the worlds fastest
Shipping cant be that high for one small engine (£10-15 just guessing here), I think Ishii charges a 12% fee when paying with creditcard.

First couple of tanks through it this evening and it appears that this engine will be a winner. Sloppy rich and still great vertical performance. Don't have the transition point dialed in yet but haven't really started to lean it out yet. Just hovered around in normal mode most of the time but it will be strong I think.

Cyberheli is the way to go. I just placed an order for something else. I paid with PayPal and got it in less than a week! Great prices and great service!

Ordered mine from them on Tuesday night last week and had it in my house on Saturday about noon. Great service. It got out a day or so before they closed for a day because of the typhoon. Got lucky.
