Hi all, I have just pulled my .60 Novarossi apart to inspect the bearings as I have been having constant glow plug failure. After removing the back plate, head and inspecting it the bearings seem perfect, what I did notice however is there is a bit of play in the big end where the conrod joins the crankshaft, this is only apprent when the piston is right up and the play is sideways play, I think this might be correct? Also there is a fair bit of carbon buildup on the piston , could this be causing running problems due to increased compression? and bit of carbon breaking off and hitting the glow plug? Thanks in advance
