I had 2 gallons of CP 20% through OS91 C-Spec.
Main needle was 2 turns, middle needle was 1 turn and idle was in the centre. Basically everything was by the book and it had plenty of power and not once did I have any sort of problems.
Now I went from 20% to 12.5% (Special Heli fuel) and I can`t figure out wich way to turn the needles.
Main needle is 1.6 turns open now, middle is 0.75 turns and idle I didn`t touch at all.
At first it seems to be good but when I add some pitch it starts to loose power. I mean at hovering it is OK but when I enter forward flight or constantly keep at +6...+9 degrees the engine lacks power.
When I try to run the engine with exactly the same needle settings I ran with 20% it is very rich and engine tries to die when throttle is given.
I know that the main needle should be closed a bit but already I have closed it almost half a turn...
It would be great if someone runs the same fuel with the same engine and tell me the needle settings. Then I could copy them and just fine tune with some clicks.
Any suggestions are welcome.
