When im hovering and then increase the picth and throttle to gain height, the top end power from the engine fades and hold to a lower state than the mid range of power. can anyone help im a newbie to this and getting very frustrated with this simple problem.

Sounds like possible throttle / pitch curve problem or a top end fuel mixture problem. Check http://www.raptortechnique.com for the radio setup guide, that will show you the best pitch / throttle settings for your skill level.

Remember your aiming to maintain a constant head speed & the engine power is used to compensate the extra drag caused by the extra pitch on the blades when at full throttle.
