I have a v2 raptor 30 with 3 gal of fuel through it and no crashes. In my maintenance I spun the starter shaft clockwise and it felt crunchy.I pulled the motor and inspected the clutch/one way roller assembly
it looked good and felt smooth(I also had the starter shaft removed).
When I bolted the motor back up, it was smooth until I fully tightened the mount bolts. It would smooth out if I grabbed the muffler and pulled up on it,so I shimmed the motor mount with a small thin washer on the top
muffler side mount bolt and the other side on the bottom. It worked great perfectly smooth.I also noticed it cured a rolling moan sound the copter was making in flight. The motor alignment was off for sure. The mount holes were not worn at all and it hasn't been crashed.Has anyone else had this problem?
