Thats's what my first one looked like too when I didn't glue the blade roots on however I was able to straighten my rods out and since they are static they only need to be structurally sound I have heard of running something that is smaller diameter then the tubes but long enough to get to the other end tapped gently with a hammer good as new as long as there are no cracks

Better notch that canopy out to the start shaft hole, so it don't catch the swash plate
