Hey guys, This is my first post, I'm new! I crashed my 60 sport last week, I hit the idle up switch with my leg while walking away from it getting ready to fly, and the heli went crazy. Anyway, my question is the two small rings that come with the new tail center hub for the tail rotor. My manual doesn't show them at all. Does anyone know where they go? Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

Regards, Larry

Two small rings? Can you elaborate? Tail center hub? Are you talking about the all metal tail assembly? Or are yo talking about the bearings? A part number would also be helpful if you have one.

Slider, thanks for the quick reply. The tail center hub is JR part #960127 on page #66 of the manual, it's the axle that the tail blade holders mount to. On page 29 of the manual is the assembly steps for this. The two rings are rubber O rings, very small, look like they are supposed to go on the shaft where the bearings go, but the manual doesn't even show the o rings or talk about them in the assembly steps. Sure is curious, I'd hate to leave them out and end up hurting something. Thanks for the helpSlider,

Regards, Larry

Not sure I can help with this one. I know what you are talking about, but have no idea where in the line of parts they go. Looks like you are talking about part #JRP960370.

I'll bet if you call or email heliproz, they will be able to tell you. Chances are, you will have an answer by tomorrow afternoon.

My Z230 had them but my ergo 60 does not. They went between the washer (under the nut) and the last bearing if I remember correct. They act like a dampner and take up the space. I do remember them maybe someone who has an Ergo Z230 now can help. I can't remember for sure where they went.

Ditto for the Ergo 60. My o rings came in a supplement bag with a drawing that showed them installed first. I think it is to take out any slop without binding the grips.
