The subject says it all. The tracking says is at US customs in New York I believe, but no one has contacted me to why, or when will they be released, or who do I call or email.

Anyone has any suggestions?

contact the shipper, they can sometimes apply pressure to get your package on its way

A few questions Chago,
-What country is it from?
-Do you know the tariff code so that you can pay the correct duty on it?
-was it marked as "gift" or "sample" to attempt to get around the import charges?

sometimes a particular entry point will start cracking down on this to make some examples,.. then it ceases the practice for a while and things move smoothly again.

Usually I have this happen when shipping somewhere outside the US. And as a seller, there is nothing I can do to speed up process once item has left us postal service hands.

Which is worse, ignorance or apathy? I don't know and I don't care!

not long ago I had a great "vintage" helicopter shipped to me FROM the US to Europe (Portugal) and it ended up in customs for close to a month, before getting released and got to me. Just FYI. If shipping overseas be careful with "used" RC heli as they may indicate residual fuel or lipo batts. Also it may be worth saying "used vintage/old" etc.
